People’s tastes are as unique as their homes, and that’s why we work directly with the manufacturer to source high-quality lights that are custom cut and created to fit the dimensions of your house.

• First, let’s discuss the similarities: both lights are part of our all-inclusive holiday-lighting service.  Both lights are commercial grade LED lights that are sourced directly from the manufacturer and custom cut to fit your individual house. Both lights will be expertly wired and powered, and both lights come with our Brilliant Bulbs Service Pledge – will fix any issue within 24 hours.
• Now for the differences. Our programmable computer-controlled smart LED holiday lights utilize specialty C-9 LED bulbs with a microprocessor built inside each bulb. We link these lights with our custom built Brilliant Bulbs Smart Control Hub which can connect to your home wifi to allow for an infinite amount of display customization and ease of use.  From the classic static multi-color C-9 lighting to sparkling white lights to a custom programmed sequence that is synched to music and transmitted using a built-in FM radio transmitter.  The best part is that the same lights used for Halloween can be used for Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, Festivus, or any holiday one would want to celebrate.  

Our lights are commercial grade LEDs sourced directly from the manufacturer and built to withstand the elements in outdoor installations.  Our lights are extremely durable, resistant to water, and are built to withstand the intense sun of Los Angeles and Southern California. Because of this, we are able to offer our Brilliant Bulbs Service Guarantee.

We are able to provide free and contactless estimates for your convenience. All we need is your address and we use Google Maps and Google Earth to provide an estimate that includes a mock up of what your house will look like with our lights.

Once we finalized the design plans, we will send you an invoice that will mirror the estimate.  We request a 25% deposit to set an installation date on our schedule, which is payable using a link supplied on the invoice. Then you’re set for installation!  The remaining 75% will be due on the day the installation is completed.

• On the day of the installation, we will send you a real-time mapped location tracking link so you know where we are and when we will arrive.  You don’t even need to be home – we would just need property access (gate code/list) and access to your preferred outlet.
• We use a variety of techniques to make sure that your property is well taken care of, including damage-free clips and fasteners. 
• All Brilliant Bulbs employees will be uniformed and identified with the Brilliant Bulbs logo.
• When installation is complete, we set the timer to your preference and then you get to enjoy!

• Last year we worked every day from October 15th to December 15th, taking off only Thanksgiving. Unfortunately we completely sold out last year and had to turn away many potential clients.  Our Fall & Winter schedule is already filling up fast so put in your request for a quote today! • We use a variety of techniques to make sure that your property is well taken care of, including damage-free clips and fasteners.

• 99% of our clients choose our all-inclusive full-service option where they do not own the lights. This allows us to offer our Brilliant Bulbs Service Guarantee and ensure all lights are maintained, updated, and properly stored during the off-season.
• In the rare instance that a client chooses to purchase the lights, they are usually for permanent tree wrapping, and come with a 1 year service warranty. 

• Unfortunately, we do not install any lights that are not our own. This allows us to offer our Brilliant Bulbs Service Guarantee and ensure all lights are maintained, updated, and properly stored during the off-season
• In the rare instance that a client chooses to purchase the lights, they are usually for permanent tree wrapping, and come with a 1 year service warranty.

Luckily, our lights are built to withstand nearly everything that gets thrown at them so we have very few service calls. But, if something does happen (it’s usually rodents chewing through the line), just give us a call or send us an email and we will be out there to fix any issue within 24 hours. All light removals are completed by January 31st. Should you have a special removal request, we will do our best to honor it.
